Finally! Here is the slideshow from the Littlest Heroes session I did a couple weeks ago. Thanks again Dawn and Marshall – and best of luck with G’s continued progress!

I participate in a photographer’s charity guild called The Littlest Heroes Project. You can learn more about the project by clicking HERE. The Littlest Heroes Project is a non-profit based organization founded in January 2008, made up of professional photographers nationwide that provide free photo sessions to our nations Littlest Heroes. This is our way of giving back and taking a stand for these children who sometimes feel forgotten because of their illnesses. We are here to let them know that they are heroes to many, and to share their inspirational stories and photos with the world. The mission at The Littlest Heroes Project is to help provide and capture memories for families who are dealing with hectic schedules due to having a child who is suffering from a serious illness or life altering disability.
Recently I was contacted through the Project to shoot little Mr. G. He was born at 23 weeks gestation (no, that is not a typo). Mom says they haven’t had formal pictures taken of him since he was in the hospital when he was first born – that was 18 months ago! I tagged along as G went exploring McKinley Park, with grandparents, parents and super sibs in tow. It was delightful to see him at play.
Marshall and Dawn, it was wonderful to meet you and the rest of the family. Thanks for allowing me to capture these images of your little one. Enjoy your preview – I’ll have the rest of the images done soon!

I have been slacking off on the blogging lately – sorry! I have been tied up with order fulfillment and album designs and it’s SPRING so the fever is getting me and all I really want to do is play. Here is the Huyett Family slideshow from their session a couple weeks ago. I’ll be back with some more images in the next couple of weeks – I’ve got some cool stuff lined up! Happy Spring!
